I enjoy the challenge of creating original works that convey the feelings or reflect the image the client wishes to portray.
This could involve a single artwork or for larger projects the design and manufacture of a range of artworks and complementary architectural pieces such as feature lights, and door panels that together present a complete image.
Time is taken to understand the client and what they expect from the work. Ii is also important to gain some idea of the intended site and light conditions as this will impact what the work can deliver. Different types of work suit different lighting conditions.
As my best works come from my heart, I don’t as a rule agree a fixed detailed design in advance but rather broad design concepts.
Depending on the size and complexity of the project, progress reviews can be held with the client to ensure the works will deliver what is required.
Current examples of my work can be viewed in my gallery in St Clair, where I also have a portfolio showing some of my earlier works.
Further examples of my works can be provided on request.
For new developments and refurbishments I am happy to work with the architect/designer to ensure what I create fits the overall design concept.
